Vakantiehuis Fabiola: Hier en daar wat nipte circulatie- en opstelruimte, maar doorgaans voldoende voor praktisch gebruik. De deuren zijn minstens 80 cm breed. De toegankelijke kamers liggen telkens op de benedenverdieping of zijn bereikbaar met een lift. Het hoofdgebouw heeft 41 toegankelijke bedden, De Piramide heeft er 10 en Efro Center heeft 38 toegankelijke bedden. Je hebt de keuze tussen diverse badkamers in de kamer of op de gang. In elk gebouw heeft minstens 1 badkamer een inrijdbare douche met douche(rol)stoel of zitje, armleuningen en voldoende opstelruimte. Ieder gebouw, behalve Huis 3 heeft ook minstens een toilet met voldoende ruimte en 1 of 2 beugels, en een onderrijdbare wastafel. 't Mechels Bos: Elke flat heeft drie slaapkamers met telkens twee bedden. In de toegankelijke slaapkamer op de benedenverdieping staan twee hoog-laagbedden. De andere twee slaapkamers bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping. Elke flat beschikt over twee badkamers. De toegankelijke badkamer heeft een inrijdbare douche met douchezit. Er is een toilet met beugels en er is opstelruimte naast, voor en schuin voor het toilet. De wastafel is beperkt onderrijdbaar. Op de eerste verdieping is er een iets kleinere badkamer, voorzien van een wastafel en douche. Er is ook een apart toilet. Er is per vleugel een gemeenschappelijke badkamer met een hoog-laag bad, een onderrijdbare wastafel en een toilet met voldoende opstelruimte en beugels. Deze ruimte kan vrij gebruikt worden. @nl |

Vakantiehuis Fabiola: In places, the manoeuvring and circulation space is tight, but there is usually enough for practical use. The doors are at least 80 cm wide. The accessible rooms are either on the ground floor or can be reached via a lift. The main building has 41 accessible beds, De Piramide has 10 accessible beds and the Efro Center has 38 accessible beds. You have a choice of various bathrooms in the room or in the corridor. At least 1 bathroom in each building has a roll-in shower with shower (wheelchair) chair or seat, armrests and sufficient manoeuvring space. Every building, except House 3, also has at least one toilet with sufficient space and 1 or 2 grab rails, as well as a wheelchair-accessible sink. 't Mechels Bos: Each flat has three bedrooms with two beds in each room. In the accessible bedroom on the ground floor there are two height adjustable beds. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Each flat has two bathrooms. The accessible bathroom has a roll-in shower with shower seat. The toilet has grab rails and there is manoeuvring space next to, in front of and at an angle to the toilet. The sink offers limited wheelchair access. On the first floor there is a slightly smaller bathroom with a sink and shower. There is also a separate toilet. Each wing has a communal bathroom with a height adjustable bathtub, a wheelchair-accessible sink and a toilet with sufficient manoeuvring space and grab rails. This space can be used freely. @en |

De gebouwen zijn goed bereikbaar en toegankelijk. Enkele afgeschuinde drempels neem je vlot met de rolstoel. De Piramide: dubbele deur met deurdelen van elk 80 cm breed. The buildings are easily accessible and navigable. A few sloping thresholds can be easily crossed in a wheelchair. De Piramide has a double door and door sections of 80 cm wide each. There is plenty of circulation space. The entrance to 't Mechels Bos is easily accessible. There is ample free parking in the vicinity of the building. @en |

Vakantiehuis Fabiola: Zorg kan extern ingehuurd worden. Verkrijgbaar in het verblijf: doucherolstoelen, tilliften, hoog-laag bedden en baden, kinétafels, aangepaste (rolstoel) fietsen en terreinrolstoelen. De dekbedden, kussens en matrassen hebben een anti-huisstofmijt label. De keuken houdt rekening met voedselallergieën en medische en religieuze diëten. Het verblijf is geschikt voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Huis 2 is aangepast voor mensen met een visuele beperking. Het zwembad is drempelloos bereikbaar en heeft een tilsysteem en helling. 't Mechels Bos: Zorg kan extern ingehuurd worden. In alle appartementen hebben de dekbedden, kussens en matrassen een label antihuisstofmijt. De keuken houdt rekening met voedselallergieën en medische en religieuze diëten. Op het domein kan je ook aangepaste (rolstoel)fietsen en speciale terreinrolstoelen huren. ‘t Mechels Bos beschikt ook over een eigen snoezelruimte en time-out kamer. The duvets, pillows and mattresses have anti-dust mite labels. The kitchen takes into account food allergies and medical and religious diets. The accommodation is suitable for people with an intellectual disability. House 2 has been adapted for visually impaired people. There is barrier-free access to the swimming pool and there is a pool lift and ramp. 't Mechels Bos: Care can be organised with an external care provider. In all apartments the duvets, pillows and mattresses have anti-dust mite labels. The kitchen takes into account food allergies and medical and religious diets.
